- بدنه دستگاه از ورق 8 میلیمتر، دربهای ورودی و انتهای دستگاه از ورق 10 میلیمتر استیل میباشد.
- دستگاه دارای پمپهای مجزا جهت ورود آب، هنگام خنک کردن سیستم و نیز جهت خروج آب از کف دستگاه میباشد.
- بدنه دستگاه کاملا عایق بندی میباشد.

- دستگاه به صورت کاملا اتوماتیک با PLC برند Fatek) ) و مانیتور ( Touch sceerin ) کنترل میشود.
- دمای کاری سیستم 121 درجه سانتیگراد و در فشار 1200 m.bar و ارتفاع از سطح دریا 1000 متر میباشد.
- دستگاه دارای یک دستگاه مبدل حرارتی با مخزن مربوطه موجود در اتوکلاو و با استفاده از بخار ورودی و آب سرد کولینگ تاور جهت دما رسانی آب ولرم تا 60 درجه میباشد.
