Overlap shrink machine
- The machine has two parts: automatic leveler and thermal tunnel.
- The automatic sorting part arranges the containers in desired packages (maximum 6×4).
- In this car, only one plastic window is used.
- After cutting the plastic, the machine places it in a round shape so that its edges overlap a bit (overlap system).
- The machine does not have a sewing blade, and when the package passes through the thermal tunnel, the plastic edges are connected.
- In the tunnel part, hot air circulation is created by elements and a special fan.
- The packing speed of this machine is maximum 25 packages per minute.
- The machine is fully automatic and equipped with electronic control (PLC), electronic remote control (Inverter) and monitor with touch screen.
- All electrical, electronic and pneumatic devices used in this machine are made in European countries and Japan.
- Polyethylene roll (PE) with a thickness of 55 to 100 microns.
