This machine packs carbonated liquids such as: carbonated soft drinks, carbonated water, carbonated fruit juice, malt, etc. in PET bottles in the volume of 250 to 2000 milliliters.
Gas triblock
- The device includes 3 parts: rinsing with water (Rinser), filling (Filler) and capper (Capper).
- The input rail is of the air type (Air Conveyor) which can be connected to the bottle aligner or the bloom molding machine.
- The filling system is of counter pressure type.
- The shutter heads are equipped with an adjustable magnetic clutch system.
- All the parts that are in contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel and the external parts of the machine are made of 304 stainless steel.
- The capacity of this machine is from 4000 to 15000 bottles per hour.
- The machine is fully automatic and equipped with electronic command control (PLC), color monitor with touch screen, electronic speed control (Inverter) and water, wind and gas pressure control.
- All electric, electronic and air (pneumatic) devices used in this device are of high quality European brand.
