Mono Block Filling & Capping Machine

Filling section of this machine is piston type which is used for filling thick liquids.
The filling machine can be used for filling liquid detergents such as shampoo, hand washing and dish washing liquids only be some changes in nozzles.
The nozzles are equipped with pneumatic – vacuum leak control system.
Whole operation controls by PLC equipped to a touch screen panel.
Touch screen control the height and containers bulk automatically.
The nozzles are leading to the containers to fill from the bottom. The height of nozzles are controlled by sensors automatically.
Capping part is equipped with 8 heads using disc clutch.
Max speed: 150 containers per minute.
